Plato Dale Farm Fund
Our longtime partners at Plato Dale Farm (Arcade, NY) have generously created a fund allowing farm-to-table enthusiasts to contribute directly to Big Big Table's Plato Dale ordering account. If you'd like to help Big Big Table kitchen purchase local vegetables, meat, and eggs from Plato Dale, this is a great way to directly support our sourcing!
In-Kind Donations
If you have a tangible item or goods you'd like to share with Big Big Table, read on!
Seasonal Wishlist
Our kitchen maintains a general wishlist of items that are most helpful to menu development. Feel free to bring in an item or two when the cafe is open in exchange for a meal. If you're organizing a food drive or have many items to share, please reach out to our team at community@bigbigtable.org to discuss details.

Amazon Wishlist
In addition to the "fun" items like farm produce that we depend on to keep our kitchen operating efficiently, we are always in need of cleaning supplies, paper products, and other practical staples. If you'd like to supply an in-kind donation but can't make it to the cafe, consider purchasing some items off of our Amazon wishlist, which will be shipped directly to our team.
Food Rescue
Big Big Table is committed to reducing food waste in Buffalo. We depend on community relationships to make this happen!

-
We collaborate with growers throughout WNY to capture unsold market produce or bumper crops and transform that excess local bounty into accessible farm-to-table meals.

-
We work with the Food Shuttle of WNY to utilize supermarkets' ugly-but-delicious produce so no good food goes to waste.

-
Though our kitchen prioritizes in-house scratch cooking, we occasionally accept prepared food donations from other commercial kitchens, such as the Lexington Co-op and Fig Tree Patisserie.

-
We partner with the Farmer Pirates to compost our eggshells and veggie scraps, diverting waste from landfills and (after some hard work from the Farmer Pirates) into a soil amendment that helps local farms and gardens thrive.
